The following is also required for the assessment:

• Certificates of analysis (CofAs) and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all the ingredients used in production.

• Allergen certificates and IFRA certificates required for all essential oils, flavours or fragrances used.

• For water-containing products: preservative efficacy test results and stability results.

• Pre-mixed bases are allowed; please provide the INCI ingredient list and % composition. Note that each ingredient in the pre-mixed base is counted separately (e.g., a 10-ingredient pre-mix is counted as 10 ingredients, not as one).

Additional Ingredients: If your product includes more than 15 ingredients, please also purchase "Additional Ingredients". An additional fee of £15 per ingredient applies.

Areas of exposure: Your assessment includes a single area of exposure (e.g. face or hair, etc.). If you would like multiple areas to be considered, please purchase "Additional Area of Exposure". An additional fee of £30 applies for each additional area of exposure.
