I am extremely impressed with the service I received from Malgorzata at Molecule Regulatory. From the start of the CSPR process, she was nothing short of helpful and went above and beyond to help me in the process. I was very impressed with how quickly I got replies back to emails and at how much extra information was given to me, which was so invaluable. Malgorzata sent me email responses during the bank holiday (which was not expected) and delivered my CSPR back to me a day earlier than expected! The estimated delivery for the report was very fast anyway, but to get the report back quicker than the estimated time, just reflects her dedication and how professional the service is. I am impressed at and grateful to have received such an efficient service. Furthermore, the blogs that have been written by Malgorzata reflect not only her deep knowledge on the subjects but also her passion for them as well. Cosmetic Product Safety Reports for Bath Salts, Lip Balms, Body Butters, Sugar Scrubs
I contacted several companies to obtain my CPSRs for bath salts, body butters, lip balms and sugar scrubs. Malgorzata was the most responsive by far and offered a lot of support prior to me taking her on to complete the work. Her price was competitive but her timescales were much shorter than the other companies I looked at. She was able to get my 4 reports, with variations, completed in around 1 week, which was fantastic. Malgorzata kept me in the loop throughout the process and I am so pleased to have used her for my CPSRs. I cannot praise the service we received highly enough and Malgorzata's help was invaluable. We had just set up a new business and needed a CSPR for our bath salts. We were completely new to the whole world of what was required legally and having searched and emailed companies from the internet, Malgorzata replied and was immediately so helpful. She explained all the stages of the process and exactly what was required for our product and also helped with information for our other products that did not require a CSPR. Malgorzata replied quickly with every email and the certificate was received within a week which was so much faster than other companies we approached. The quality of her customer service, subject knowledge, personal helpfulness and efficient timescales for replying and delivering the certificate were outstanding. She helped us so much with understanding what we needed and, without her expertise,we would have taken so much longer to get to the end point.
