Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety


The Committee provides Opinions on health and safety risks (chemical, biological, mechanical, and other physical risks) of non-food consumer products, e.g. cosmetic products and their ingredients and services, e.g. tattooing, artificial sun tanning.

Health Products Regulatory Authority, Ireland


All you need to know to sell cosmetics in Ireland explained in easy to understand way.


FDA Cosmetic Pages


USA cosmetic regulations, do differ from the European ones quite substantially, so worth the read if you planning to expand across the pond.
